2010 - 2011 Dates (Subject to change)

Some classes may offer special session dates and rates

Fees (All payments are required in advance)

• No participation without payment and completed registration form. If you are not paid you are not registered.
  
  
• Non refundable Registration fee* $25 per family at time of registration (Toddler, Adult, Boys classes and special sessions exempt). This registration fee is mandatory and helps to cover banking and administration fees. Register before July 1 and your registration fee is waived.

• Payment options include
  Credit or Bank cards with PAY PAL
  Cheques payable to Sooke Dance Studio (All post dated cheques must be received at time of registration)
  
  
• Withdraw policy: 1 MONTH ADVANCE WRITTEN NOTICE (email acceptable) required for all withdraw. Notice must be given at least one month BEFORE the cheque is dated to be posted. This allows the studio time to find replacement student if applicable and make accounting adjustments for instructor fees.
  No partial month refunds.
  
  
• NO WITHDRAWS ACCEPTED AFTER FEBRUARY 1. DANCE FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AFTER MARCH 1. Show choreography and costumes are set at this time.
  
  
•  Special registration terms available for Toddler, Boys and Adult classes. Please inquire.
  
  
•  Some classes may offer special session dates and rates.
  
  
•  Joining or switching classes after December is not guaranteed and at the discretion of Carole and the instructor.
  
  
•  All student placements are subject to teacher evaluation. Class ages and levels are dependent on maturity and experience. The instructor has ultimate discretion on class placement.
  
  
•  All classes are subject to minimum and maximum enrollment. Complete refunds will be issued for classes cancelled due to insufficient enrollment.
  
  
•  NSF fee $25
  
  
•  All fees include HST
  
  
•  A $40 costumes fee is required for EACH CLASS at time of registration postdated for January 15 (Adult and Special Sessions are exempt). If a costume costs less than this deposit you will be refunded. If it costs more than the deposit you will be expected to pay the balance. Costume fees can not be refunded after they are ordered or materials are purchased (usually February). (See Policies page for complete costume policy.)
  
  
•  Exam fees, Festival fees and special choreography classes are additional and to be determined.
  
  
•  Family Discount: Take 15% off 2nd, 3rd, 4th family members before registration fee.

Dance should be accessible to all.

If necessary, special payment arrangements can be made through discussion with Carole.

TUITION based per dancer averaged over a 9 month dance year (33 weeks of instruction)

3 payment plan options:

1) One payement  September 1 (+1 costume cheque for $40 PER CLASS dated January 15.)

3) Nine monthly payments  September 1, October 1, November 1, December 1, January 1, February 1, March 1, April 1, May 1 (+1 costume cheque for $40 PER CLASS dated January 15.)

For registration after October 15 see Carole for prorated fees. Late registration is not guaranteed.
