2011/2012 Dance Fees and Registration Information

Pre-Registration Is Required.

Every Participant Must Fill Out A Registration Form.

Payment options

1. Credit or bank card with PAY PAL

To pay in full - select Pay Now button.

To sign up for 9 monthly (September 1 - May 1) or 3 term (Setptember 1, December 1, March 1) automatic withdrawl payments - Enter your monthly or term amount and select Automatic Billing button. You will receive confirmation from Carole.

You do not need to be a Pay Pal member to use Pay Pal. All transactions are secure.

How to register:

 

1. Pick classes for each dancer.
2. Find length of class on the Schedule page. Add up total dance hours PER DANCER.
3. Look up the total hours PER DANCER in the fee table below (or see Dates & Fees for additional fee information). Note: The fee table provides a discount for taking multiple classes per week.
4. Give 15% discount to 2nd, 3rd, 4th family members (before registration fee). 15% off Family Discounts are applied to the family member with the LESSER amount of monthly fees.
5. Choose 1 of the 2 payment options: Pay Pal (in full or automatic withdrawl) or post dated cheque (in full or 3 term or 9 monthly.)
6. ADD $25 REGISTRATION FEE per family due at time of registration. (Adult &Toddler classes and special sessions exempt registration fee.)
7. Make an additional post dated cheque for costume fees (Adult classes and special sessions exempt costume deposit.) This is $40 PER CLASS dated for January 15. This will be applied to costume fees. If costume costs more you will be charged. If costume costs less you will be refunded. See policies for complete costume details.
8. Make cheques payable to Sooke Dance Studio or use the PAY PAL button above

Exam fees, Festival fees and special choreography classes are additional.

Registration after October 15 is prorated and includes registration fee. The fee table below does not apply. Contact Carole Cave for fee quote.

Joining classes late is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of Carole and the instructor based on the classes progression.

All classes are subject to minimum and maximum enrollment.
Registration guaranteed only with payment and completed, signed registration form.
$25 NSF charge for returned cheques.
