Ballet Splash Jazz ~ Ages 8 & up

Mondays 11:45 - 12:45 pm

A combination class: the poise and technique of ballet while incorporating modern jazz style and moves to upbeat and pop music. The class will incorporate choreography, allowing the students to create their own dances and routines to music of their choice.

Teen Beginners 3 - 4 pm

Ballet Barre Class

Wednesdays 2:00 - 2:45 pm 

6 week session September 29 - November 10 (no class October 13

Drop in $15 per class (this can be applied to the full session rate.)

Using principles of dance, work at the Barre helps balance, alignment, and coordination. Long, lean muscle is built as flexibility and posture improve and the core becomes stronger. No previous dance experience is necessary. There is no performance component and no special dance wear required. All you need is the desire to experience beautiful movement while your body becomes more flexible, graceful, and healthy.

The "Nutcracker in a Nutshell"

Coming this December, a shorter, family friendly version of the holiday dance tradition. Classical with a "twist".

A fundraiser for Sooke Family Resource Society.

You can be part of this holiday tradition. Dancers can register to be in the production - Registration deadline September 15. Family and community members can volunteer to help in many areas. Businesses and community members can become donation sponsors. Contact Carole.
