Barre Class

6 week session, March 3 - April 7

Wednesdays 2:00 - 2:45 pm

Using principles of dance, work at the Barre helps balance, alignment, and coordination. Long, lean muscle is built as flexibility and posture improve and the core becomes stronger. No previous dance experience is necessary. There is no performance component and no special dance wear required. All you need is the desire to experience beautiful movement while your body becomes more flexible, graceful, and healthy.

5:00 - 6:00 pm Beginner

Dance Birthday Parties
Schedule Your Dance Birthday Parties now!

30 minutes of supervised, age appropriate dance music, games and choreography.

The remaining time is yours for socializing, refreshments (you provide), free dance and play.
Theme options include Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Tap or create your own.

Standard parties - 2 hours - up to 10 kids - $85 includes GST
